Pitches are now available for Charities or Charitable organisation to take part in this year’s event
The Park will be open, for stall holders only from 10am in order for all stallholders to start setting up.
Water and toilet facilities will be available.

The event will be advertised in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Advertiser, TV, Radio, and will be advertised on Bourne councils Face Book
All Stallholders will require Public Liability Insurance,
Risk Assessment and some will need ADIPS Test
A copy must be supplied when booking your Site and sent by Post.

This Section is at the discretion of the Organiser and if it is a registered charity could you please include your registered number
Sites will be allocated on a first come first served basis

This is by a Special Arrangements for you, for a Percentage Payments.
of 20% of your taking on the day
to be paid to the Committee by the end of the day
DISPLAY FRONTAGE 20FT BY 20FT DEEP
